Cancellation Policy

Classes

If for any reason you are unable to attend your Class, you must cancel your booking through your account at least 12 hours before the scheduled Class time.

If you do not cancel your class within this timeframe, or you fail to attend, you will lose your class credit and be charged for the Class.

Late Cancellations and No Shows

As of Monday, 16 September 2024, if you cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled class or you fail to attend a booked class, you will be charged a fee:

  • First Late Cancellation/ No Show: $5 

  • Second and all subsequent instances: $10 

This policy is being introduced to ensure fairness for all members and to respect the time and effort of our instructors. Late cancellations and no-shows significantly limit the opportunity for other members to book and attend classes.

Class Packs

All class packs:

  • activate after you make your first class booking.

  • expire at the end of the specified term (7 days, 30 days, 2 months).

  • can be cancelled if you contract a permanent illness or a physical incapacity confirmed by a doctor.

  • are non-refundable, except in the case of sickness of injury, and upon provision of medical certificate provided by you and approved by us.

Foundation Memberships

All foundation memberships:

  • have a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.

  • auto-renew each week.

  • can be paused once during the period of membership and for a maximum of 2 weeks however, and you must provide 1 weeks notice in writing.

  • can be canceled after the 10-week minimum commitment via written communication with 2 weeks minimum notice, during which time the fees are to be paid in during.

  • If you do need to cancel before the 10-week minimum commitment, this will incur a payout that is equal to the remaining balance of the 10-week requirement with an administration fee.

  • can be cancelled if you contract a permanent illness or a physical incapacity which is confirmed by a doctor.

Memberships

All memberships:

  • have a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.

Galentine’s Week Promotion:

Free Class: 

  • 1 class credit only.

  • Only available to new members only.

  • Can not be used by existing members. 

  • Cancellation of booked class within 12 hours will be forfeited.

  • Free class must be booked and used between 14 February 2025 - 20 February 2025.

  • Class credit is NOT exchangeable or transferable for cash, credit or otherwise.

  • If the Class credit is not booked between 14 February 2025 -20 February 2025 will be forfeited.

  • Each friend that purchases a pack or membership by 21 February 2025:

    • Referring Member and the friend will go into the draw to win a pair of Move Active Valentine edition Grip Socks* subject to availability and sizing.

    • The referring member will receive a $15 credit to their Bonju Pilates account. This credit is not exchangeable or transferable for cash, credit or otherwise.
