Our classes cater to all levels, from absolute beginner to advanced. The instructor will be there to guide and support you throughout your class.

No, you do not!
Pilates welcomes clients of all skill abilities and fitness levels. Through attending our classes regularly you will be able to improve your flexibility over time.

It is recommended to wear comfortable activewear and you must bring grippy socks (these can be purchased at studio if needed).
We also recommend you bring a water bottle and a small sweat towel!

Each class is 50 minutes long, including a warm up, full body flow and cool down.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The warm up is an important aspect of each class.
Therefore, in consideration of the trainer, other clients and for your own safety, if you are more than 5 minutes late to class you unfortunately may not be permitted to join.

It is recommended to attend 2 - 3 times per week to achieve the greatest results and progress.

Classes can be booked via the Bonju Pilates website or app, available on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

If you are no longer able to attend your booked class you must cancel at least 12 hours in advance.
If you cancel after the 12 hour window has passed, you will unfortunately lose that class credit.
As of Monday, 16 September if you cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled class, or your fail to attend your booked class, you will be charged an additional fee:
First Late Cancellation/ No Show: $5
Second and subsequent instances: $10
